As we were driving up to the venue for rehearsal for the next Music Man II “Open Fire” concert, I couldn’t help but be impressed with the grand architecture that was in front of me. The Shenzhen Bay Stadium, really is a sight to behold, and I couldn’t wait to see what it looked like from the inside.

It didn’t disappoint. Gorgeous from the outside and even more so from the inside. While I was standing on stage, everywhere you looked, from every angle it was breathtaking. However, the true beauty of this stadium did not truly show itself until the next day.

As the seats of this wonderful venue got filled, I started to notice the true beauty of this stadium. For the next two and a half hours I was in awe of the passion and excitement that the fans showed and realized that a stadium, no matter how grand, is nothing without the people who fill it.

Great job Shenzhen fans. Awe inspiring.

But the stadium really was gorgeous.
