5 years ago, Jackie asked me to be in LITTLE BIG SOLDIER, directed by Ding Sheng. During that period, I got to know Director Ding, his talents, wisdom and adamantine work ethic. He wrote the script, drew the storyboards, directed, edited...basically a one-man band thru the entire process. Yesterday, his new movie SAVING MR WU came out, and today he was nominated for best editor at Taiwan's Golden Horse Awards! Congratulations Ding Sheng!
